I like it being a fully-cloud based solution to our business needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the automatic updates and fast implementation of software. With pre-configured settings a new hire is up and running in no time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you need help/support with an issue, it is incredibly hard to find someone to assist you. Also, there is also a lag when it comes to uploading picture reciepts from the app to the computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to navigate (unless you are looking for online IT support) and it makes expense management easy.
