What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
Yes Some unique feature makes it different from others those are like : 1> Lot of drag and drop widgets are available it so easy to use . 2> Personalized email campaigns is available which is very useful. 3> it stores both transactional and behavioral data in a structured manner. 4> it's having an user friendly and interactive UI easily you can configure your flow. 5>Great Customer support, Which is very useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Yes we use SalesManago widely in our organization it's very useful and helpful too. Some of the advantages are 1> SalesManago is a robust, comprehensive, and impressive suite of marketing automation tools . 2> Fast integration and easy to integrate with 3rd party software as well. 3> Great modules for analyzing TOP seen and TOP bought products by each user and whole base . 4> Integrated with Google and Facebook digital advertising and marketing . 5> Lot of Automated rules and workflow. 6> Great tutorials and step-by- step descriptions which help in easy implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I love the all the feature provided by this product but some small enhancement if they can do it's going to be more helpful like 1> If they can add Deeper analysis report of sales that's going to more useful. 2> If they can introduce Live Chat feature it going to be more useful . 3> System many modules, so it requires a lot of time at the beginning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes definitely i will recommend this to , SalesManago is used to manage marketing automation in my company. It solves the challenges of managing data on-site and offsite and implements various marketing solutions. Newsletter emails, web pushes, website optimization, and many more are done on daily basis. What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
SALESmanago is probably the only marketing automation system with HQ located in Poland. For user companies located in Poland as well, it makes cooperation much easier. Customer's service help can be more efficient when it comes to creating & managing campaigns which demands understanding of Polish market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Complex in collecting and maintaining the database, managing e-mail marketing & marketing automation activities which give real impact for the business. A kind and always ready to help customer service is a big plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
System is not that intuitive as it could be. Not easy to use for beginners.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think twice if SALESmanago is exactly what your business needs. SALESmanago offers a lot of e-mail marketing and marketing automation features, options, integration possibilities, measurements, and statistics. If it's used wisely, you'll see the direct influence of the tool on your business. But If you don't have enough resources (time & people) to take advantage of and develop them, you might consider simpler tools.
