What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

Salesloft is set up in such a way between Outreach and Salesforce that all the data is automatically transferred into it. I've also used HubSpot, but there was manual work most of the time but this one comes with more integrated settings for us. In Salesloft, you can easily create a sequence where you can first email, then call and then connect via LinkedIn. It brings more stability in our structured work sequence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the people section where I have the accessibility to see which leads opened and which didn't and how many times. This is useful for us and our leads and I can show this data whenever I report to my manager. This enables us to keep a track of the better performing mails and the more interested clients that we can successfully close our deals with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The email template editor is terrible where even if I have to make some small changes, the whole formatting goes wrong. Sometimes when I'm trying to format texts to bold, it becomes italics and if I need to add an image, it's a whole lot struggle to wait for it to upload. The wait time and the tweaking glitches really makes it not worthy to include in daily professional work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you work alongside a sales team and manage daily outreach, follow-ups, bookings or pipelines then Salesloft is incredibly helpful in all of these. This is a great tool for those who send a lot of emails and find it difficult to track the respective leads. Calls, sequences and response tracking are all in one place. Although sometimes the settings are confusing and the search isn't perfect but it still provides value in daily work.

While many tools offer generic email sequencing or CRM functions, Salesloft stands out by combining communication, analytics, and coaching into one seamless platform. It doesn’t just help you send messages; it helps you build meaningful and consistent relationships with prospects through personalized, multi-channel outreach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the emphasis on coaching and performance improvement. Managers can easily monitor team activities, review calls, and give feedback directly within the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesloft is excellent once you’re familiar with it, but the initial learning curve and occasional performance hiccups are areas that could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend taking full advantage of the training and onboarding resources Salesloft provides, they really help you get the most out of the platform. Start by setting up a few simple cadences and gradually build more complex workflows as your team becomes familiar with the system.

Clearly map your internal business owners, establish exec alignment, be diligent about reporting back wins and KPIs based on your investment, clearly map use cases to value
