Salesloft differentiates itself with its outreach prioritization capabilities, ease of user use, ease of adoption, and powerful customization for cadences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. You can manage virtually all of your outbound efforts directly from Salesloft.
What do you dislike most about this product?
LinkedIn integration could be a bit stronger.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This best fists companies that have a high touch sales strategy. It can work well with both new business prospecting and account management, though how each team would use Salesloft differs. Salesloft is not going to be the cheapest solution out there, so if you're looking for a small hyper-budget friendly solution, there are other less expensive options. However, it scales extremely well and doesn't have the same restrictions that some of the smaller options have and is by far a more flexible solution and the best solution in the segment.

It's cheaper than others, but you get what you pay for

It's a bare bones engagement tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately or Salesloft, I feel that they've built and continue to iterate on a product that focused no out-of-date prospecting strategies (spray and prey, email blasting, etc.). There's a lot to be desired if you've used something with higher functionality, built for the entire revenue suite and not just outbound callers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your due diligence and chat with customers before purchasing
