Good way to manage with good prospects

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
We use Salesloft from a platform that gives us a modern workspace where revenue is from a one stop shop, it is very unconditional for our sales team because of the type of tools they use such as: contacting prospects and customers, tracking both calls and emails sent by the team as well as at what point they determine the success of those efforts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The creation for certain templates is really easy to create both templates and snippets needed by the team. This gives versatility to work with the needs of each team member and come up with group solutions for a common goal of effectiveness. It is also important to measure the commitment with which we show a plus point with customers and its synchronization with Salesforce is very easy and a great complement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many programs have the declination of a poor technical support to solve problems Salesloft has one of those supports, it is of great help if the implementation was done export much of the information to Excel for a record with another type of more formal format and archival manner and make a better billing of what is carried out and better native integrations with CRMs in addition to Salesforce as main.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is highly recommended that if your company or business (depending on your product or service) you are looking to remove much of the manual work from the sales process, such as calling and writing emails. Salesloft is very suitable for you, thanks to its automation process it manages to provide a fairly simple and efficient workflow that will help sales people achieve their goals and objectives.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
It's my daily tool for calling, emailing and following up with my leads. Used together with Salesforce as my CRM, this tool, unlike others, met our expectations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use, clean and relatively intuitive interface, Email automation is efficient and helpful. allows templates to be shared between different teams, Standardized call layouts take the guesswork out of what happened on a call and ensure everyone is on the same page
What do you dislike most about this product?
no good Outlook Integrations It doesn't show all activity on the account if it happens outside of the Salesloft cadence.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The system works well for managing direct rep-to-lead outreach and is not a replacement for marketing software

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
Salesloft has a breadth of services that other platforms do not have. It gives the ability to call, record calls, listen to live calls for managers, and all analytics to help with conversation intelligence. It also allows you to create cadences, where you can call, email SMS, and reach out to prospects on LinkedIn, all on the same platform. It also gives you the ability to record meetings and sync your calendar with outlook calendars. You can also pause all the cadences when you are away and resume when you come back.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite has to be the live call listening feature which allows managers to listen to calls as reps are calling prospects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about Salesloft so far.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone looking to buy the product to do research and see if it is the right tool for their needs.
