What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?
It 100% has the most accurate people information because it is the people keeping their data up to date on Linkedin, which we then search against in Sales Navigator. Very intuitive UI, and its insights on "other people you may be interested in" has been a time saver as well. Great solution, does exactly what it needs to, and doesn't try to do everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The data is my favorite part because you can safely say its 99% accurate considering end users are the ones keeping their company / title / description information up to date. Its a very easy tool to both use and administer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It needs a better integration with Salesforce. At the moment they don't really like you to export their data into Salesforce, so the integration isn't intuitive to setup, and once you do all you can export is the person's name and company. Would love to take it further with Title, location, maybe even email and phone number if they have it available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you by. Great tool for most industries you're prospecting into, but maybe not so much for others.
