What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?

It is able to intergrate to our accounting system. The user database can be customized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sage CRM does great when it comes to lead tracking , helps an organization keep track of their prospects. Through Sage CRM one can send mass emails to clients. Sage CRM has helped us generate workflows in regards to our main processes in the business. With the reporting fearture , the organization is able to gain insight on performance. Sage CRM does forecasting and pipeline. Opportunity management. Very easy to use and very intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would higly recommend Sage CRM to small and mid sized organizations to drive sales and business productivity by managing existing relationship with clients and generate new ones.

Sage CRM is a robust tool that helps users to know customers with many details thanks to the powerful analyzes that can be executed, this tool allows us to evolve in a comfortable and fluid way to obtain an automated improvement in sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automated analytics is the feature I appreciate most about Sage CRM, we get to know what the interests of customers are with such analytics. Sage CRM is a very effective tool to improve sales and it is very safe, we are very satisfied.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sage CRM is a very capable tool to improve sales, but I think the interface is a bit outdated and they need to be able to improve and optimize it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Success is fully assured with Sage CRM, you can always count on this tool, I recommend you buy it and try it yourself so that you can achieve your goals.
