What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?

ERP integration is fully tight and customizable in Sage and it focus on gathering all the information about customer and financial data for automating marketing and increasing client relation with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is fully affordable and let us customize workflow and leads with the integration of other application. Customer service is fully professional and guide us instantly about hardball tactics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Predictive notification about customer experience and about trending sales feature is not available, this is one dislike I found.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sage CRM gives us robust ERP and CRM system on the several areas where we can tailor product marketing and customer interaction on the same page. In short it is best option for all types of sales companies and have ability to fulfill their needs with feature of Pipeline Management and Customer Relation Management.

My favourite aspect of this product is it's seamless integration with other business systems especially the ERP and accounting.

What I dislike most about this product is that the user interface can feel a bit outdated.

What I really appreciate about Sage CRM is how it centralizes all our client information in one place. Whether it’s tracking ongoing conversations, managing contracts, or simply remembering a client’s preferences, Sage CRM makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The limited customization options for certain reports. While Sage CRM provides a wealth of data, I’ve found that some of the report formats aren’t as flexible as I’d like them to be.
