What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

In order to accommodate all the needs of a human resource management group we had to use Rippling's complete system to be able to supplement all the tasks at the general management level through payroll, learning management, benefits and time off requests. Basically, we use for any personal work-related issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Rippling, we cover most of the management tasks such as time off requests management, health benefits, payroll, insurance management as well as basic information of the subordinate, their nominal and time input and output, all of which help us in the elaboration of reports corresponding to evaluations of the internal behavior of the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We would like as a company to have an improvement of its mobile platform to be able to see the information in real time in our hands when we need it or make a report, the customer service should also improve for small businesses due to the little attention that is put to have to make them a support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As our company grows all our systems are completely digital, we recommend Rippling to all companies that need a system for human resources with a tool with few complexities and much utility from it derives important tasks such as access to our benefits, payroll and legal information of employees, streamlines and simplifies the onboarding process and ensures that teams can communicate effectively in a simplified modern platform.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

I spent many months evaluating many different solutions. I chose Rippling after an exhausting search as it really checked all the boxes. It was not a mature product at the time we signed the contract, but they invested heavily in the technology and really had a killer CS team to set their customers up properly. Since we operated in different countries, with Rippling, I was able to set up multiple profiles for PTO, Compensation, Holidays and so many more. As a people office of one, I simplified onboarding and offboarding with the automations through recipes, mind blowing.....

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that every aspect of the employee journey can be automated. You can program your recipes and it's so intuitive that a 5 year old could do it. Our CSM really took the time to answer and guide me through the implementation process and was available post go-live to assist with any features we didn't think about during the implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bundled product, so we were required to switch payroll providers in order to use the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Change management is critical. If this is a replacement to a system you have in place, capture all your pain points and what you're solving for in a new system. Rippling is an amazing product and you will be very happy with it, but it has its strengths and limitations. The LMS is not a mature service offering, but through their app store you can add one the you currently use natively or via an API. Have lots of questions and just ensure that your CSM understands your pain points and is taking you down the right path
