Rippling is the best HR platform I have ever used!

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?

I used paycom in the past and it took 10 minutes to just sign on for tax documents. Rippling is easy to use and never down!!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the projected W2 and ease of benefits module.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The two factor authentication can be annoying but it is important.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will be shocked at the east of uses for claims, payroll details, and time tracking.

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?

It’s directly connected to the rest of the Rippling platform, so you don’t have to manage expenses separately. You can control who spends what, track everything in real time, and even issue corporate cards from the same system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to set spending limits, approve expenses, and track transactions in one place. It gives great control and visibility over company spending.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features still feel new and need polishing. For example, the reporting section could be more detailed, and the interface might be confusing for first-time users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you already use Rippling for HR or payroll, adding Spend makes things much simpler. Just make sure your team gets a quick walkthrough, as some features take a bit of learning at first.

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?

It feels more seamless and intuitive than other tools I've used. Great UX interface. It doesn't feel clunky or overly complicated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that I can just forward receipts by email and have them automatically turned into an expense record is a huge time saver!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have anything I dislike about Rippling!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's definitely worth it! Compared to other expense systems we've used, Rippling feels light years ahead. A no brainer!
