The quality of features which other systems also have many of the same. Rippling's platform, design, and accessibility make it much more efficient compared to the industry standard for Administration and personal/client account tracking,

It helps save time, and although it may be a higher cost than competitors it pays off because the time you save utilizing it compared to other platforms in the industry is substantial.

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?
So rippling isn't just a transaction monitoring solution, it's everything in one, It has your Payroll, your SSOs, your team management, you get an entire picture of who the user is, what the regular expense is like what an outlier may be, as opposed to other solutions, this ones a real game changer especially when it comes to flagging anomalies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I mean there's an approve to paid structure that just works, no contemplating if somethings going to get through, do I need to get through some red tape? Just fill in the requirements and wait for the reimbursement to just show up :) doesn't get better IMO.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app needs work and a lot of it, that's the one thing i'll constantly mention because it's where I find friction.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is something you must absolutely try to understand just how beneficial it is, you won't be able to gauge the benefits until you give it a proper trial run for a while, it's just the best way to automatically structure reimbursements and everything else that comes along with it.

Rippling is the best HR platform I have ever used!

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?
I used paycom in the past and it took 10 minutes to just sign on for tax documents. Rippling is easy to use and never down!!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the projected W2 and ease of benefits module.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The two factor authentication can be annoying but it is important.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You will be shocked at the east of uses for claims, payroll details, and time tracking.
