I like Rippling's clean, intuitive user interface and how seamlessly it manages a wide range of HR-related tasks. As an end user, I use it regularly to apply for leave, track payroll, manage expenses, and access important documents such as tax forms. The platform is fast, organized, and visually clear, making it easy to navigate, even without training. Notifications are timely, approvals happen quickly, and everything feels tightly integrated. It reduces friction in everyday HR processes and provides me with a sense of control and transparency over administrative tasks that used to feel clunky and time-consuming..

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main downside is that customer support can be slow and somewhat difficult to reach. When issues come up, getting timely and helpful responses takes longer than expected, which can be frustrating. Anoither major drawback is that Rippling hasn’t supported overtime tracking in my company, which directly affects employees in India who rely on overtime for additional earnings. This limitation has a real financial impact and reduces motivation to go beyond regular hours.

Take time to explore the platform early; once you're familiar with it, it really streamlines tasks such as leave, payroll, and expenses. Just be patient with support if any issues arise.
