What do you dislike most about this product?

The main downside is that customer support can be slow and somewhat difficult to reach. When issues come up, getting timely and helpful responses takes longer than expected, which can be frustrating. Anoither major drawback is that Rippling hasn’t supported overtime tracking in my company, which directly affects employees in India who rely on overtime for additional earnings. This limitation has a real financial impact and reduces motivation to go beyond regular hours.
