What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?
Rippling in it of itself is used by a variety of businesses and a variety of industries. This makes it easy for a company's HR person to collaborate with a wide variety of businesses to integrate into an organization. Also, end users feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves when many well regarded organizations use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the fact that the entire process of receiving your reimbursement submitted is clear and transparent. You know exactly where the process in the reimbursement is and weather HR approved or declined your request.
What do you dislike most about this product?
How some fields use jargon that is hard to understand and there is no hover over pop up that clarifies what is being asked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely consider it. Your employees will not regret it. It is mobile friendly and many well known businesses are using it.
