My favorite thing about Rippling is, it makes it easy to control spending by linking it to each employee.

Nothing Honestly, there's nothing to dislike, and everything works smoothly and just makes things easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend Rippling if you need an easy way to manage both employees and spending in one place. It’s super helpful for growing teams.

What differentiates Rippling Spend from other similar products?

Its smooth step by step functionality and ease of use for even a beginner makes it really stand out. Expense tracking reduces a lot of burden on each one of us allowing us to focus on other aspects of out daily life.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rippling has effectively managed to reduce the burden of tracking expenses. Its smooth and ease of integration and customisability has got my attention and i have been fascinated ever since

What do you dislike most about this product?

Theres not a lot to dislike but i would like to see a chat bot implemented to solve any simple queries or when asked for any steps. Multilingual support could be improved upon.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chat Bot to implement interactive handing of queries and FAQs.

Rippling Spend stands out because it seamlessly integrates with other HR and IT systems within the Rippling platform, allowing for a unified experience across employee expenses, payroll, and device management. Unlike standalone spend management tools, everything is centralized, which reduces manual work and data silos.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is how easy it is to track and approve employee expenses in real time. The mobile-friendly interface and smart notifications make the whole process super smooth, even when I’m on the go. It genuinely reduces the friction that usually comes with expense reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, the platform feels a bit too rigid when it comes to customizing approval workflows. It would be great to have a little more flexibility, especially for larger teams with complex hierarchies. Also, the reporting dashboard could use a few more filtering options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're already using other Rippling modules, adding Rippling Spend is a no-brainer—it will streamline your operations significantly. Just make sure you spend some time setting up your policies and approval chains properly upfront to get the most out of it.
