All-in-One Most Efficient Platform

What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?
What stood out to me, compared to other IT management tools, is that Rippling doesn't treat HR and IT as two separate systems. When someone joins or leaves the company, things like software access, permissions, and employee records are all connected, which saves a lot of back and forth between teams. I also like that we don't have to jump between multiple platforms just to handle onboarding or access changes. It feels more practical for day-to-day operations because everything is tied to the employee lifecycle instead of being managed in silos.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of Rippling IT is how much time it saves on routine administrative work. Something as simple as onboarding a new employee used to involve multiple steps across different tools. Now, most of that can be handled from one place. I particularly like that software access and employee information stay in sync, so there is less room for mistakes when people join, change roles, or leave the company. It's one of those tools that quietly makes day-to-day operations easier without requiring a lot of manual effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside for me is that some of the more advanced settings take time to understand when you're setting things up for the first time. Rippling IT is powerful, but because it covers so many areas, it can feel a little overwhelming if you're trying to customize workflows or permissions without prior experience. It's not something that affects day to day use once everything is configured, but there is definitely a learning curve during the initial setup.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering Rippling IT, I'd recommend spending some time mapping out your onboarding and access management processes before you implement it. You'll get the most value out of the platform if you take advantage of its automation capabilities rather than using it only for basic IT administration. It's also worth involving both your HR and IT teams early on because many of the workflows work best when they're connected. There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but investing the time upfront makes day to day management much easier in the long run.
