A Reliable and Easy-to-Use IT Management Platform
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?
It brings identity management, device management, app access, and employee onboarding into one platform. Instead of using different tools for each task, everything is connected, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Rippling IT is how much time it saves by automating routine IT tasks. Setting up new employees, giving them access to the right apps, and managing devices can all be done from one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup can also feel a little overwhelming because there are so many options to configure. At times, making small changes requires navigating through multiple menus, which can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The platform works best when you use its automation features for onboarding, offboarding, device management, and app access. Start with the core features first, then gradually explore the more advanced options as your team gets comfortable.

A Reliable Platform That Simplifies IT and Employe
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?
What stands out is how Rippling connects HR, IT, and identity management in one platform instead of requiring separate tools. From a manager's perspective, onboarding is much smoother because employee records, application access, and approvals are all linked. New team members receive the right permissions quickly, which reduces manual coordination and helps them become productive sooner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the automated onboarding workflow. When a new employee joins, accounts and access to business applications can be assigned with minimal manual effort. As a Performance Marketing Manager, this means new hires can start using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration platforms on their first day without unnecessary delays.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some advanced administrative settings and reporting options can feel overwhelming for managers who only need day-to-day team information. The platform is feature-rich, but a more customizable manager dashboard and simpler navigation for common tasks would make it even easier to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your organization is growing and you're managing employees across multiple business applications, Rippling is worth considering. Spend time planning your onboarding workflows, user roles, and access policies before implementation. Doing this early helps you get the most value from the automation features and creates a smoother experience for both managers and employees.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Effective Service
- Saves Time
- Transparent

What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?
What stood out to me was how well it brings IT tasks together instead of making me switch between multiple tools. Managing devices, user access, and software from one place has made our day-to-day work much more organized.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is the automation. New employee setup and routine IT tasks require much less manual effort now, which saves time and helps avoid small mistakes that can happen when everything is done manually.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features take a bit of exploring before you know where everything is. I also think a few advanced settings could be explained better so new administrators can get comfortable with the platform more quickly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend spending some time planning your setup before rolling it out. Once everything is configured to match your processes, the platform becomes much easier to manage and you'll get much more value from the automation features.
Pros
