What stands out for me is having employee and IT-related information in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of access, devices, and employee changes without having to manage everything through separate systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The biggest advantage for me is the visibility it provides. I can get a clearer picture of employee-related costs and IT resources without going through multiple systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is still a learning curve when you first start using the platform, especially when dealing with features you don't use regularly. Some settings and workflows can also take a little time to understand.
