What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
Everything just works. The interface is easily the best we've used or tested. The applications available are so good that it was easy to move away from using a desk phone. The admin interface is also easily the best we've used or tested. The support is among the fastest and most effective of any vendor I've used period.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The admin portal is great and really easy to use. It makes administration a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The licensing model for Teams integration is our only currently minor issue. I'm hopeful that will improve as we would love to integrate Teams with RC.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They are an industry leader for a reason. If it's within your price range don't overthink it. We've had a few phone systems in the last 5 years and done POCs for several others. Nobody was even close to RC in features and ease of use for both users and administrators.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?
I've only ever used RingCentral and Join.me so I don't have much to compare it to. We also only use it for phone and web conferencing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use. There are many systems out there that aren't very intuitive, but this one is. It also integrates easily with iCal and Google Calendar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any dislikes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
RingCentral was created on a Zoom platform so it's about as good as it gets in comparison with anything out there. I recommend it if you need something to manage your phones/voicemail/web-conferences.
