It's simple to make high quality voice call with this tool. Enables ease of instant messaging. It's easy to conduct online video meetings with this tool. Enables ease of sharing my screen with my teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This this tool is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) stable internet connection is needed so that I can stay connected to my teams during calls and meetings.

The cloud PBX system ensures no call is missed with the auto-receptionist. The mobile and desktop Apps

Not easy to reach the support through email. However, tickets and phone support are readily available.

RingCentral Office is exceptional in quality calling service to its users along with rich features . It has an easy-to-use interface that anyone and reliable, and its high performance s consistent. Setup and onboarding are simple. It works well on any device and the platform's application integrations are powerful with customer relationship management (CRM), business productivity, and help desk solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

RingCentral Office brings our teams together by unifying communication and engagement. Having messages, calls, and meetings in one single application has increased productivity in our organization. We were able to save money and cut on IT adminstration. Collaboration is enhanced with the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacks an intuitive workflow system and a terrible support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is great communication and collaboration system for business. It is the best for virtual meetings and increasing productivity. I highly recommend it.
