What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?

RingCentral MVP is inexpensive and easy to implement, which reduces the overall cost of the product. This product provides a unique, static, dedicated conference call line for each user, which is extremely helpful to have on hand. Unlike RingCentral, comparable products do not include this feature in their basic packages. Additionally, RingCentral has been expanding the amount of out of box integrations they offer so they are definitely a front runner from that perspective. Having these prebuilt and out of box integrations for a range of apps, deeply add to its value within any organizations tech stack.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quality and overall amount of prebuilt and out of box integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video conferencing is extremely poor quality and difficult to use, in comparison to other video conferencing apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great addition to any tech stack and as a VOIP it fulfills it’s purpose well, but do not rely on it for video conferencing. You should plan to supplement with a separate video conferencing app if you decide to implement RingCentral. That being said, the pricing is phenomenal for the value it provides.

What differentiates RingEX from other similar products?

According to my experience with RingCentral and other similar products, it is a trustworthy and more stable communication platform for voice telephony, video conferencing, fax, conversations, and contact centers. RingCentral offers an open and flexible platform to enable easy customization of corporate operations and integration with top third-party business apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to connect to applications from other parties is very flexible. The most incredible aspect is that we can alter UI components and because it not only simplifies our work but also supports automation, our ability to concentrate on our key points has tremendously benefited from this solution. Usually, we can finish its maintenance process and onboarding new users' tasks in a matter of minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Connection problems that just cease operating for no apparent reason seem to be a very irritating problem. We also experience problems whenever new upgrades are released and we want to update the existing version of software to the newer one. We are unable to make full use of the features because it has so much more to deliver.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To increase the flow of revenue and to boost internal as well as communication RingCentral is highly recommended by me actually by my entire team because we are currently using it and are completely happy with its functionality, my advice is that users must go for it if they want a more powerful and secure telephony system.
