What differentiates Revenue Grid from other similar products?
Integration into Outlook is essential for our business in using Salesforce optimally. The value of Revenue Grid for its features is excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Outlook integration of email and calendar for account and contact review
What do you dislike most about this product?
Emails with very large numbers of email addresses will cause errors in Outlook integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For solo users of Salesforce within a company, RevenueGrid is an essential add-on and very reasonably priced.

What differentiates Revenue Grid from other similar products?
We've reviewed several different products to connect our Outlook to Salesforce and this one checks all the boxes at a fraction of the price of most of the competitors. If your business needs to coordinate files between your email and Salesforce, this would be reason alone to go with SmartCloud Connect. Whatever tool you chose, you should check how good their support is and what kind of deployment options/assistance they provide. We checked many competitors and while they could have similar feature sets, we were pleasantly surprised by how much guidance we received during deployment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Calendar features! I indeed love the functionality of meeting booking page and the ability to share time-slots. I’ve tried a lot of their competitors though in terms of efficiency and functionality haven’t used any better tool yet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Depending on how complex your Salesforce setup is, it make take some time to set up your SmartCloud Connect to work the way you want to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is no faster, smoother Salesforce integration that I've found at this time for logging emails from Outlook.
