Like I mentioned earlier, the ease of accessing your accounts when you are away from the office/out in the field

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That I can use it on my desktop or can go online remotely

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not adding late fees, sometimes it jumbles wording or freezes

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a free trial period first to see if it is suitable for your business field
