What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

The ability to integrate so many platforms into Quickbooks versus other accounting software programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it integrates with Bank of America for payroll including all tax and benefit information. It also downloads all transactions to balance my account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How many different programs interact with Quickbooks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sit down and watch someone use it for an hour and it will become clear on how to use it.
