In our case, it meshes with our production software that is industry specific for us.

Reporting functions, data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

occasionally needs a reboot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

make sure all users formally shut down, and use the back up service they provide.

It is similar to desktop, However there are some tools that can be used on desktop that are not available online.
