What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

QuickBooks Online easier than QuickBooks Desktop and particularly it is cloud-based accounting solution therefore today it attracts users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is universal and may be fit to any industry. It make accounting to simple as drag and drop, just pass a transaction and it will update all financial statements automatically. One can easily get training material on YouTube. It is similarly useful for an organization where multiple employees access the same system at same time. It generate built-in and customized reports and on a single click one can get the break up and track it to the original book of account to see its initiation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some tasks may not be done in a batch but one by one. Scope for customization is limited as expected by a user. For a new user, the user interface is confusing. Sometimes it takes long time to execute your command. It does not do good work with estimates. Free version has limited features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

QuickBooks Online is wonderful and complete accounting software. However, it takes time to learn more about the software and sometimes a new user may found a complicated user interface. However, customer support is poor and not responsive. But fortunately there is rich material available at YouTube which may be helpful to understand the software. It is complete solution for a small business, it provides comprehensive and relevant chart of accounts based on your industry.
