What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What truly makes DataDirect shine is its speed and reliability. For example, during peak trading hours, our reporting systems handle thousands of queries per minute. DataDirect ensures those queries are executed without bottlenecks, even with complex joins across multiple databases. The cross-platform support is also a major plus, making it a one-stop shop for heterogeneous environments like ours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The occasional lack of user-friendly documentation for some advanced configurations.

Support is always timely and efficient. Support team is knowledgeable and efficient. Their professionalism and dedication are greatly appreciated

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is fully customizable and works with nearly any back-end database.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had a few issues we had to work with their support team and dev team on to ensure the features we needed we supported.
