Solid CRM at a Very Fair Price Point

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Most CRMs are expensive and offer little for integrations. Pipedrive offers a ton of features and is very fair for the price. The value is really impressive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love their contact timeline feature. That is very unique and super helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI/ UX could be better - especially on Mobile and their Gmail app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test it out for yourself.

Ideal for small to medium businesses who don't need all of the advanced functionality that other systems provide. It is easy (and inviting) to use, and did not require IT capability to set-up.
