What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive has a great mobile application that is great to handle things on the go. The text to speech feature is great addition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that this software is more focused towards beginners too makes it greater, the application is so simple can also be used by a person who has never used CRM before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The application even though great has it's own shortcoming and recently the process has been felling a lot sluggish and choppy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

After many consideration of other CRM software i concluded that Pipedrive is the best one for beginners as well as professionals

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is user-friendly for beginners, Pipedrive doesn’t offer leadership boards for team members, Pipedrive is great for simple companies, Pipedrive offers basic lead management tools, whereas Similar products lead management tools can go deeper. Pipedrive doesn’t offer social media tracking. Pipedrive works with a whole host of popular third-party platforms, whether that be Slack or Outlook or Outfunnel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best things about Pipedrive is its simple and intuitive dashboard that lets you know right away which deals are underway. The dashboard displays important statistics to allow you to identify trends and opportunities to improve your sales process. Pipelines are clear, with users able to see everything clearly – it quickly shows the health of pipelines, with a clear emphasis on areas that need improvement. Users can search pipelines using filters and access analysis of sales (more on this later).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pipedrive does such a great job when it comes to ease of use and integrations, but the pricing seems a bit high for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of use is where Pipedrive really shines. It has a fantastic dashboard that allows you to display everything you need right in front of you, providing a snapshot of where your leads stand and what action you and your team should take next. However, once you are familiar with the software, it is very intuitive to manage your contacts, prospects, and sales pipeline, which is what matters.
