What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It allows you to see all the sales channels in detail.It has a live chat, where we can communicate with our customers, to serve them first hand and to close more sales. Pipedrive offers excellent pricing with a variety of features quite useful for any business

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how the companies are connected to one or more contacts and then connected to deals. It's easy to integrate with many other software and really easy to use.Was easy to tweak, play around and make you're own with out a silly Salesforce implementation partner and cost

What do you dislike most about this product?

It crashes, crashes some more and crashes again. Customer service really couldn't care less about it and you just end up with various elements of the system that just don't work, so makes the platform redundant

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is the tool for you if you need an easy-to-use and low-cost pipeline management tool. I strongly suggest it for individuals who have little expertise with CRM and need one to get started because it has a lot of assistance information and lessons

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

You can email a lead, add them to a pipeline, or create a task using an automated workflow, among many other things. By filtering the leads and communications in your lead inbox, you can review all the data you receive at the start of a campaign to locate exactly what you need right now. Your data-rich results can be filtered and organized into groups so you can clearly see how well your sales have performed

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I prefer Pipedrive because it allows you to see all the sales channels in detail. You can be aware of how we get along with our business contacts. For better lead collection, you can use web forms, live chat widgets, and chatbots on your website. With reports to manage your campaigns and clients, including deal tracking, lead reports, and revenue forecasting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In comparison to other CRMs, Pipedrive is less appealing and less user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To design an infinite number of unique deal pipelines and transfer deals through them by simply dragging and dropping, I suggest Pipedrive.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

We don't have much time to enter CRM information. Pipedrive saves us time managing CRM and documenting customer opportunities. We no longer spend as much time as we used to on sales reports. Improve the sales process and link marketing and sales. We may assess the impact of the sales process and then investigate why a deal did not succeed at the level it did.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how businesses connect to one or more contacts and subsequently to transactions. It's simple to use and easy to combine with other apps. It's simple to set up and operate, and it has a fantastic auto-onboarding approach. I appreciate that we can partially customize pipelines. Pipedrive also features a plethora of upgrading choices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The marketing options are quite restricted, and what I detest the most is that there is no attribution of inbound leads to Pipedrive forms. We have no clue where the leads for our online forms are coming from, therefore we need to ask them. It's a little pricy, and the packages appear to be a little complicated in terms of upsell choices. There are too many alternatives for additional costs. They may also be given a lengthier trial period.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent CRM software, Pipedrive is very easy to implement and improves workflow, it is also very efficient for self-service.
