What differentiates PDWare ResourceFirst from other similar products?
One of the most significant differentiators is its exceptional ease of use. The intuitive interface ensures that even new users can navigate the software with ease, reducing the learning curve and increasing productivity. Additionally, the speed and responsiveness of the customer support team are exceptional. Whenever we've encountered any issues or had questions, the support team has been prompt and efficient in providing solutions, which is invaluable for maintaining momentum.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Another standout feature is the seamless integration with our existing corporate financial reporting tools. This integration allows us to manage our entire budget comprehensively, including both labor and non-labor expenses, thereby enhancing our overall financial efficiency. The robust capabilities of PDWare ResourceFirst have significantly streamlined our resource management processes, making it an indispensable tool for our organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Previous version of PDWare have been a bit slow when switching screens or analyzing large portfolios. Release 9 has addressed these issues and is lightning fast!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've used numerous other highly rates PPM and Resource Management tools and I highly recommend PDWare ResourceFirst to any company looking to improve their portfolio management, resource management and financial reporting efficiency.
