What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?

Outreach is best-in-class in workflow management, usability, analytics/reporting, and growth into other categories.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Follow-up sequences - the ability to add a sequence to an existing email thread

What do you dislike most about this product?

I love the reporting but the metrics don't align. Email open & reply rates are different across virtually every way to slice and dice the reports. They never align.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy it. You can't run an SDR team effectively without it

It is more comprehensive in the channels it allows you to run sequences in. the templates and tracking are also superior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The email multi-thread capacity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They do not give you a notification when a prospect has opened an email.

Make sure everyone understands how much it is capable of!
