What differentiates Oracle NetSuite Expense Management from other similar products?

Originally it seemed flexible. It is not flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Visibility on all expenses, bills etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not flexible at all. All upgrades mess with existing scripts. WMS is garbage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unless you can use out of the box find something else.
