What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can integrate every Micro Focus product by using the Micro Focus Operation Bridge. On your OpsBridge, for instance, you can integrate MF OMi, MF SiteScope, MF NNMi, and MF OO. On a single screen, you can keep an eye on every alarm. The main advantage of Micro Focus Ops Bridge is AI monitoring and event analysis from various sources. Additionally, it provides highly useful capabilities for the Google Cloud Platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product is excellent, but the support is terrible. The Micro Focus support staff is subpar. No one can offer a good solution if you can open a case. The support engineers are powerless and only want the logs. Even while it has numerous advantages, there are a few drawbacks, such as the way they approach open source integration, which is currently lacking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In addition to reducing critical events, machine learning and analytics help identify the underlying causes of issues and provide solutions, which is what I like best about them. I will advise anyone who are interested in it that, as of right now, it offers the best automated solution employing machine learning and analytics.

The application procedure and quick response will meet client expectations and provide the best monitoring results for all the applications. It is crucial to find shortcuts quickly for these to improve performance. The Micro Focus Application Management has a dashboard report that displays all the information. A few things are easy to access, like opening a new ticket without any hassle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All infrastructure and financial data monitoring under one roof. When a problem arises, it is promptly addressed by skilled support people who provide good service. Since no coding is required, it is ideal for individuals without a background in coding. The client can easily interpret and deliver the reports. I appreciate that it has several features, such as email notifications, test scheduling, test result capturing, and a place to add supporting papers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to maintain code using GUI components when scripts were changed. A modern user interface for several items hasn't been sufficiently consolidated. I firmly feel that the product's feature set is on par with any rival product. However, the user interface hasn't advanced to the same levels as the competition. For a simple user experience, GUI has to be significantly improved.

Solutions for application administration and monitoring that offer a 360-degree view to guarantee the performance of different applications in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid settings offer deep dive performance diagnostics, accurate user monitoring, and synthetic monitoring.
