What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?
There is no more confusion about the job, if someone has any questions you just have to send a message and specify who or what you want them to address and get an answer instantly. Group chat that improves your work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We contact more with our colleagues, in a matter of seconds we can interact through group chat which makes everything easier at work. We can inform you of any pending meetings. Very useful for the company, we can also communicate with customers and solve what is needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We like it because several of us communicate at the same time and because of its responsiveness. If we have concerns, we look for all possible solutions among all of them. So far we have not seen anything bad. It is an excellent solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everyone is connected frequently and this has improved our work a lot, there are no problems just excellent work. With this software we keep in touch with the entire company, at any time or moment, it helps us a lot in case we have a problem to solve.
