Our company has found this software the best and most convenient in project management. After getting a hand on this software, we are able to sign a contract quickly, efficiently, and in a productive way. Not only this, the collaboration has become trouble-free and potent with many significant options. Overall, this software is a great value for money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without a doubt, I found the template HTML editing a fascinating and well-designed feature. It has helped us create a quintessential contract for the most reliable work. I was able to get the agreement signed by multiple employees in the contract. The software is user-oriented, making it a cut above all other contract lifecycle management software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I disliked about the software. It has all the great and intuitive features for the best experience of digital contracts. Oneflow is one app that is user-friendly with excellent customer service. Though, I would love it if the developers would add a reminder option so that we don’t need to write another email to the client.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While using the software for contract lifecycle management, try to get the most benefit by creating and signing contracts in the blink of an eye. There is no need to send back the documentation in case of any change. Both the contract parties can edit/customize the contracts when and where needed.

Oneflow has wisely improved document and agreement effectiveness, safety, and governance. Oneflow is one of the more dependable instruments for incredibly high performance! My productivity has significantly risen. It's difficult to estimate just how much, but the time saved is incredible.

Oneflow is user-friendly and makes it simple to make templates. The item can be interconnected with other systems to strengthen it further. I also really appreciate the repository of executed contracts and the simplicity of finding earlier ones. For our teams of all sizes and types, it's a simpler, more efficient, and wiser approach to managing our contracts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I could customize the appearance of the contracts when I send them out using the templates. The various tools are now pre-made, so I can't alter them. I'm still looking for issues with this user-friendly, reliable software. Not yet discovered any.

When onboarding new customers, it eliminates the burden of paper paperwork and signing forms. It's now readable, and signing may be completed in a matter of days. It simplifies the process of creating, sending, and signing papers while also saving time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's quite simple to create templates and amend contracts. Everything is organized and searchable. We also use Power Automate to collect data from Oneflow, sign it, and transport it to Sh point. It has also aided management in gaining a better grasp of pipeline and deal evaluation since they can get a thorough review of all contracts sent and identify where more assistance may be required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a text formatting update occurs, the old texts do not update to match the new format. This has only happened once or twice since I began using Oneflow. For example, if I wish to update the content of a template that has an old text format, the content will not match the template's format.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to overestimate the licenses you'll need when creating your needs, or create a flexible licensing strategy because as soon as people start using the product, additional people will want access. As a result, everyone who wants to work accurately should follow one flow.
