What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

It's easy to set up, has a sleek user interface, and is easy for anyone to use. It won't take long for a naturally talented rookie to master it. Another advantage is the excellent customer service. Both the product and the support are excellent. Maria helped me quickly and accurately.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find the ability to send push notifications, SMS and emails attractive. When I needed help setting up a new automation, I was able to rely on Maria and other pleasant customer service representatives. By automating email workflows, Omnisend solves the problem of saving time when sending emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inadequate targeting possibilities; I prefer services that have more flexibility to tailor ads to specific users based on their actions within the platform. Ability to make additional changes using my WordPress dashboard. Such as the ability to customize fields in response to particular actions, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Marketing campaigns and automation workflows. It helps us promote our company easily, which is great. Prospective buyers get a free gift and product details in my welcome email series. My customers then make purchases through my website.

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to create automated campaigns that reach customers through both email and SMS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SMS reporting could be more detailed, but the product is still very good.

I would recommend it for anyone who wants an easy-to-use tool for email and SMS marketing.
