I also appreciate its e-commerce-focused features with ready-to-use templates, creating quick and efficient personalized campaigns. For me, it’s the ideal combination of simplicity, flexibility, and omnichannel capability that makes Omnisend stand out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A feature that I feel is a bit restrictive in Omnisend is its SMS message limits. While SMS campaigns are effective, with larger contact lists, the costs add up quickly, which can be a consideration for scaling omnichannel campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
