What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

Excellent UI/UX and onboarding process with a tonne of constantly evolving features, great knowledge base and continuous learning content. Omnisend has made it easier for me to stay in touch with my clients and keep my marketing consistent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Omnisend is how easy it is to set up and use. The email builder is clean and visual, and I can create automated workflows without needing much tech knowledge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports and analytics could be a bit more detailed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

‎One of the aspects I value most about Omnisend is how efficiently it integrates email, SMS, and push notifications into a single, user-friendly platform. I also appreciate its e-commerce-focused features with ready-to-use templates, creating quick and efficient personalized campaigns. For me, it’s the ideal combination of simplicity, flexibility, and omnichannel capability that makes Omnisend stand out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A feature that I feel is a bit restrictive in Omnisend is its SMS message limits. While SMS campaigns are effective, with larger contact lists, the costs add up quickly, which can be a consideration for scaling omnichannel campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

‎I would suggest taking full advantage of the automation workflows, especially the e-commerce ones like welcome series or cart abandonment messages, since these save time and have a real impact.
