Still has opportunities to improve integration with Shopify.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it's your first email marketing platform, don't waste time comparing, this will help you to start the business and later you'll notice that a migration to other platform won't be needed.

What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

Super competitive pricing, especially for small businesses. Omnisend seems to be interested in profiting as you profit and grow as a business, and I really appreciate that model.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The free limited number of emails per month is what is awesome for me with a small business start up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can't do themes. I have to manually re-define the color, text size, and style/font of each paragraph. If the ability to easily theme things is in the software (which I don't think it is) it is not easy to find.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely worth it for business big and small. Omnisend definitely deserves a try.
