The live tracking they offer for customers/visitors that visit your website.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI/UX us confusing. The newsletter templates are basic and don't allow for a lot of design options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great option if you're starting out with email/texting marketing. But it's not the best when it comes to designing "good-looking" stuff, but more about being efficient and getting the work done.

I didn't see much difference and wished that it did.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the automation and being able to see analytics within your email campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it is not easy to use, not for a beginner, and not a lot of templates for unique emails. Also I did not like the price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I don't think I would recommend, but if they were thinking about it I would tell them to make sure features meet their needs before purchasing.

What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?
It offers the ability to upload a large number of contacts to our account and create in-depth automation workflows at low cost, the automation templates are useful to get started, and the newsletter pop-up forms are not only easy to use but have a modern look, also the chat is a very important feature because the instant help reinforces the learning, it has given us the opportunity to have access to email marketing for which we are very grateful, they also provided instructions when I needed to validate my mailing list electronic.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is that I can create attractive forms and emails using the templates they provide, I also like that the automation functions are really easy to configure, I also love to see the performance of each campaign and the graphs that show a clear picture of the in-store purchases that were the result of clicks on our newsletter, the performance of each campaign, and the graphs that show a clear picture of the in-store purchases that were the result of clicks on our newsletter, I also love how shows the number of sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think they should add more templates to carry out more personalized campaigns, but so far we have not had problems with this platform, our experience has been satisfactory.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to use, its interface is clean and organized, it also provides functions and tools to create solid campaigns and increase customer acquisition and sales increases, fluidity at work, I recommend this tool 100%.
