What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

Omnisend has been created with eCommerce in mind, and you feel that when you use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI is intuitive and easy to use, the email builder, segmentation and automations are very powerful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is very basic, even the reporting in the pro plan could really be improved. For proper reporting and analytics you nee to build your own dashboard with data collect from Omnisend.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make a price comparison and test different products before you commit. People have different preferences with regards to UI. I am exclusively working with Omnisend - if a new client wants me to work on their email marketing I make them migrate, unless they are not in the eCommerce space.
