What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

Is great as a collaboration tool, my team personally used mainly for documentation, product team used a lot for planning and documentation, marketing use it for campaign management; so what I can say is that is really flexible tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is intuitive and easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate the poor text customization, is really hard to do some basic things like making toggle lists with big font-size

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your use case, what do you want to do with the tool and if you need to integrate with other products understand how the integration works to make sure it suit your needs

My favorite aspect of Notion is its incredible flexibility and customization. I love how you can build anything from a simple to-do list to a full project management system using just drag-and-drop blocks. It really feels like you’re creating a tool that’s tailor-made for your own needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Notion is its reliance on a strong internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re looking for a highly customizable, all-in-one workspace for notes, tasks, and project management, Notion is a fantastic choice. Just be ready for a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, and keep in mind that it works best with a stable internet connection.
