notion has a bit of an onramp period, so train people on how to use notion effectively. try not to over engineer it in the beginning - the temptation is big to spend too much time on making notion fit your use case 100%, but remember that notion is a tool that should work for you, rather than you working for notion.

The ability to determine the tone and stylistic approach for writing means that even though the artificial intelligence writing tool is utilized for technical writing and producing technical outputs such as manuals, reports, and other documents, the AI writing assistant can also be used in business when composing emails, letters, and other forms of business and corporate communications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Due to the presence of an interface, it can be quite simple to fit and subjugate diverse data into several categories and levels. Due to the possibility to set up personalized work environments and templates, teams can define fast and effective processes for their tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The offline performance of the software is restricted and, thus, the work becomes less efficient when the internet connection is poor. The only issue that the platform has is that it sometimes takes a few more seconds, especially when running through large databases with, say, many relations.
