What differentiates Namely from other similar products?

We were with an EOR & need to move to direct hiring. I checked with other tools like Paycor, Bamboo HR, and decided with Namely because of their exceptional customer service and ease of us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Namely team is super responsive and help you every step of the way. The system is easily navigatable and our staff had no issues getting use to the new systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like Namely to offer Comp analysis and benchmarks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We had the best implementation team who helped me go live within 6 weeks.

What differentiates Namely from other similar products?

We like the option of having an HRIS vs manual system where everything is stored & available immediately.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Namely is very user friendly and easy-to-use tool. Also, the support team is always helpful and professional through Client Space.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once past implementation it can take a day or two to resolve day to day issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good tool but comparatively pricing is high
