It takes a little while to reconnect to the server and display file changes. If we send the file right away after editing it, files send without updating and saving all the modifications we recently made. This is the only hindrance I don't like, so I send files only after making sure that all changes have been saved.

MyWorkDrive occasionally takes a bit to upgrade. Additionally, I'm not sure if it's feasible to avoid receiving an announcement to the entire enterprise each time MyWorkDrive is updated. This is probably the choice made by my firm, therefore it's not a major problem.

We only discovered one product, MyWorkDrive, that complied with our security and remote access standards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no standard implementation of https on the server as part of the setup. In order to change the protocol and bindings, you will need to do so manually. The server management of MyWorkDrive does require a certain degree of technical sophistication. The configuration does not come with a lot of options, and multi-factor authentication is not available on all plans.
