What differentiates MyWorkDrive from other similar products?

Since all of the data is stored in the cloud, we can simply view and edit files using Office 365. It is, in my opinion, the best and fastest collaboration tool because it allows us to obtain correct data quickly. In essence, it's a tool that modifies the game.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prior to this, I was dealing with a lot of problems, and my main concern was the protection of my files. I used this tool at my friend's request. MyWorkDrive is a lot better than other options because it makes it simple for me to save and share anything with anyone while also adding an extra layer of security. The cost of the tool is another competitive advantage because any business can afford it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not a lot of negative in it, but if you ask me about the positive, I could talk for hours. The first problem is the extremely slow virus check, even though there are delays when dealing with huge files. But they always have customer service to help us with our problems.

MyWorkDrive performs better than its competitors. Because the disaster-specified server will automatically receive the last stored copy, we can simply retrieve lost data from it. The learning curve is also not too steep. Your entire team may easily view the files after you upload them to MyWorkDrive.

Sharing external files with consultants and subcontractors. When sharing, reviewing, and annotating papers collectively, it enables versioning on the fly with no configuration modifications and helps us make the most of our time. Collaboration within and outside of our firm is made simple via ShareFile.

The integration of My WorkDrive with other external applications is one area I believe may use some improvement. Despite the abundance of integrations, some of them can be laborious and not necessarily flawless. Connecting with other tools that are crucial for my work would be simpler if the integration options were improved.

The ability to provide clients with documents that are securely encrypted and to provide them with a secure link to utilize when uploading their sensitive data is incredibly helpful. Although it's a great tool for keeping data files, its features have been updated because the ones it had before weren't adequate for our sizable company.
