What is MyWorkDrive?

MyWorkDrive is our hosted service that ties into your existing file servers to provide users simple & secure remote access to files and folders from anywhere, using any browser or mobile device while maintaining corporate control. Our WebDAV Server and Web File Manager system utilizes windows IIS to provide security access with no databases, LDAP settings or SSL Certificates to manage while maintaining all of the data on premise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zero administration required, zero training required, functions flawlessly. True set-it-and-forget-it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about this product. Anything minor initially they have already resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't hesitate. Seriously, the product and company are that worthwhile.

What differentiates MyWorkDrive from other similar products?

Live access to documents rather than requiring download>edit>upload for each file.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once configured, users are able to see the same network locations as they would inside the district.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having to log into the server directly in order to adjust network shares/permissions. It would be easier to just log into the product as an administrator (from any workstation) and have the access to make changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to check the permissions on the shares after adding them. Occasionally some of the AD groups get stripped which causes confusion.
