You can easily restore individual files (or folders) from your desktop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Non-customizable update version per computer account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Is the best choice if you not only want great cloud backup, but additional cybersecurity protections against threats like ransomware and malware.

What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?

MSP360 has most of the features of the "big backup vendors" with none of the hassle. I have used products ranging from BackupExec, Veeam, vRanger, and many more. MSP360 provides essentially all the features our customers need without all the hassle all in one cheap centrally managed package.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MSP360 are continually adding new features that help reduce cloud storage costs such as deduplication, new backup formats, encryption, and immutable backups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend API is not feature complete for end-users. That doesn't mean the software itself isn't complete just that home made automations might miss out on some features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sign up for a demo, you will be impressed with how easy it is to use and the breadth of features.
