MSP 360 provide a fully fledged Backup solution, also it gives a remote monitoring and patch management solution along with remote controlling capability in a single console

The backed-up data is fully secured and it maintains DATA integrity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as of now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely yes, since it provides very good backup features along with restore capability supporting multiplatform either from source as endpoint to destination with multiple storage integration options.

What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?

MSP360 stands out for its storage-agnostic architecture, MSP-first design, and pricing transparency. You get to choose your own cloud storage (AWS, Wasabi, Backblaze, Azure, or local), giving you total control over costs and data sovereignty—unlike most bundled, locked-in platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the ability to bring your own cloud storage is the biggest win. You can mix and match low-cost providers like Wasabi or Backblaze B2 to optimize cost and performance while keeping full control over where your clients’ data lives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface, while functional, feels dated and a bit clunky—especially in the web portal. Initial configuration can also be overwhelming for newcomers due to the breadth of settings and lack of guided setup. Also, the lack of deep Microsoft Teams or OneDrive for Business backup granularity puts it behind competitors like AvePoint or Veeam in M365 support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take time to evaluate your preferred cloud storage provider, Use the free trial or demo environment, Regularly test your restore procedures and also pair with endpoint security tools
