What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?
I tryed several solution but this one is the most easy I found and it's fully compatible with S3 cloud storage solutino from competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
cloud compatibility is a so good feature and you are not blocked on the vendor cloud service

need mobile app for some customers and actualy, not exist on the MSP solution

be sure to not be attached to your vendor cloud storage as price could be updated quickly

It is a low cost option that allows you to backup data naively to a number of public cloud options. The agent can run on the local servers themselves. This provides a low cost way to backup local data for customers.

There is a wide array of cloud storage options available.

The reporting on backup success and failure is not 100% accurate. I requires manual checking to verify.

What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?
There are several aspects for which this software differs from other products similar to it, such as the one that allows to carry out a centralized monitoring of all the data, since in this way maintaining its security is much easier, the that integrates with multiple cloud storage platforms thus offering the user the ability to choose the one that suits him, in addition to the one that has a fairly intuitive and easily configured interface, as well as the one that is not only useful for creating backup copies but also to respond quickly to disasters.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As for my favorite aspect, I would say that it is fast software when it comes to responding to disasters, since in this way the loss of business data is seriously prevented, I like the fact that it does not consume much memory in the equipment and that when its installation is carried out it does not take much time or focuses on complex configurations that require a technician, I must also mention that its interface is easy to handle because it is totally intuitive so carry out the backup process and the choice of the cloud storage server will be nothing complex.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A problem that this software manifests is that sometimes its connection with the Amazon S3 server fails so it is necessary to act quickly to take the storage of the backups to another cloud provider.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software would advise you to use it for any business that wants a backup of your most important data at an enterprise level, since in this way you will not lose the same problem since it is not only an ideal software for creating backup copies but also It also responds to disasters.
