What differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from other similar products?
The pricing for MSP360 Managed Backup is much lesser than that of its competitors, considering the fact that data can be transferred to/from 40+ cloud platforms seamlessly is what differentiates MSP360 Managed Backup from its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about MSP360 Managed Backup is the fact that files of all formats can be transferred seamlessly from a Local System to a backup like Amazon S3. I transfer file(s) with a single click from my Local system to my team's S3 account, and the data upload/download speed is also great! The fact that it supports 40+ cloud platforms is also a great thing considering that the cloud vendors are likely to differ from company to company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about MSP360 Managed Backup is that there are certain times when the files are not uploaded due to certain reasons, and the logs displayed are not downloadable. In case I am transferring a large folder (of a few GB) that contains thousands of files. it becomes difficult to identify which files were transferred and which were not in case an issue occurs. Manually going through the log and saving it is a hassle, hence an option to directly download the logs would be helpful. Also, the absence of file search capability, makes it really difficult to search files on S3.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MSP360 Backup is a great software to save your files on Cloud storage platforms and is definitely recommended for use. It allows all file formats for saving and no data upload size restrictions with incredible upload/download speed. It also has connections to 40+ cloud storage platforms including Amazon S3, Hitachi, Cisco, Verizon, and many more.
