What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Teams communication within the company and external. Makes communication, screen sharing etc. easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft has many login portals for its line of products that use the same user name and password and look identical. It gets very complicated when trying to log into different portals and managing them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it. It is a good product and it has a lot of features/other apps that come free with the basic subscription.
